Nintendo DS meet Red Octane’s ‘Guitar Grip’ for Guitar Hero. This accessory connects to the GBA slot and includes 4 fret buttons. The grip also includes a strap for keeping hold of the system while playing and even houses a special guitar pick stylus which is used to strum away on the DS’ touchscreen. I’m not sure but the built in microphone might be used to activate the ‘Star Power’ mode without having to remove you hands while playing. The game will feature 20 licensed songs and hopefully will be shipped sometime this summer.

You know you want one of these whether you use lighters or not. These collectible Transformers Zippo Lighters will be produced in limited quantities. Only 300 of each will be made. Sorry folks, these babies are only going to be sold in Japan. Costing around 12,000 yen. Who knows, maybe they’ll roll out to the US in the future. My fingers are crossed.

BenQ’s new widescreen LCD monitor claims to be the world’s thinnest. The BenQ V2400W is a 24 inch widescreen monitor that measures 2.44 inches at its thickest point. It has a dynamic contrast ratio of 4000:1 and supports HD 1080p. The V2400W features a resolution of 1920 x1200, and measures 563.8×369.4×191.7 (HxWxD mm) and weighs 6.7 kg. No word yet on price but the BenQ V2400W will go on sale in the US and Europe in April 2008 and will look great in you home by May. So scoop it up.
