Level Vodka Imported Swedish Vodka
Level Vodka is an imported Swedish vodka made by Absolut. It’s Absolut, evolved. When opened you can smell the citrus in the air and when taken straight up you can feel its bite but finishes real smooth. A must have in your bar room. A 750ml bottle will run you around $30. Relax, it’s Friday.

EVIL OLIVE
1 PART LEVEL
1/4 PART NOILLY PRAT
Chill the cocktail glass with crushed ice and Noilly Prat.
Pour the vodka into a mixing glass with ice and stir.
Empty the now cold cocktail glass. Strain the vodka into
the cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive or a lemon twist.

1 PART LEVEL
8 MINT LEAVES
1 PART FRESH LIME JUICE
1 PART SUGAR SYRUP
Shake with ice and double strain into
a well-chilled cocktail glass.
LEVEL WATERMELON
1 PART LEVEL
1 DASH SUGAR SYRUP
4 TABLESPOONS OF WATERMELON
Shake with ice and double strain into
a well-chilled cocktail glass.
GINGER HONEY
1 PART LEVEL
2 THIN INCHES OF FRESH GINGER
1/2 PART FRESH LEMON JUICE
3/4 PARTS HONEY
Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients, shake with ice.
Double strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger.
